Exercise Across America: A distance-tracking program that can be done in-person at the NOAA Fitness Center, or virtually from the comfort of your home.

Join me for a distance-tracking challenge as we Exercise Across America! During this challenge, we will (virtually) walk/jog/run or cycle collectively as one unit from the Western Regional NOAA Headquarters in Salt Lake City, UT all the way to the National NOAA Headquarters in Silver Spring, MD.
