All ability levels are welcome to take any of our fitness classes.  Modifications are offered for each exercise if needed.

Flow (Vinyasa) Yoga

Suitable for all levels, this class is taught in the vinyasa (flow) style, linking movement with breath through intervals of sun salutations and longer-held postures. Expect to build heat, strength and flexibility while calming the mind and connecting to your inner stillness.
