This class will focus on uniting mind, body & spirit through the practice of postures, breathing & relaxation techniques. Each posture is held for several breaths, and students are invited to direct attention to breath & sensations. Work on upper body strength specifically targeting the arms and lower body strength specifically targeting the glutes! This class is open for all fitness levels. Max 20 participants.
This low impact class is designed for adults 60+ or anyone recovering from recent injury looking to rebuild strength at a basic level. All exercises can be modified to seated variations. Appropriate for beginner levels.
