How Goal was Achieved: Kris altered her eating habits by utilizing replacement meals in addition to working out doing strength and cardio 5 days a week.
Favorite Thing about the NFC: Kris loves the friendly and supportive staff as well as having a sense of belonging to the NFCfitfam who are supportive of goals and are a source of motivation.
Favorite Exercise: Kris is torn between Leg Press and Hip Adduction/Abduction machines.
Favorite Healthy Snack: Kris loves gala apples with almond butter.
