Fun Fact: Matt is half Chinese- his mother was born in Hong Kong. NFC Fitness Specialist Aaron’s parents are also from Hong Kong, so somewhere down the line the two of them are “definitely, possibly related”!
Best Fitness Advice: “Establish a routine and stick to it. Eventually the exercise becomes a habit, and you can focus on reaching your various fitness goals instead of focusing on making yourself work out!”
