Recently Achieved Fitness Goal: Nikhil started doing light squatting again after taking time off from a back injury!
How Goal was Achieved: Nikhil gave the injury time to heal and also supplemented with daily hip mobility exercises.
Favorite Thing about the NFC: Nikhil likes how the NFC has everything he needs without all the bells and whistles which makes other gyms much more costly!
Favorite Exercise: Nikhil thoroughly enjoys the back squat.
