MOVE OF THE MONTH

Spiderman Pushups

Incorporating Spiderman Pushups in your workout will help strengthen your upper body, core and glutes; improve balance and core stability; and promote hip mobility!

Start in the standard push up position (hands and toes on the floor, shoulder width apart, spine straight.

While lowering down to the ground, lift right foot and bring knee forward until it reaches the right elbow. Hold this position before returning leg to starting position.

Repeat movement with the left side, alternating each rep.
