Since joining several months ago, Nicole has been a committed member to the NFC. She participates in a variety of our group exercise classes and utilizes the free weight equipment on a regular basis. Start in the standard push up position (hands and toes on the floor, shoulder width apart, spine straight.
While lowering down to the ground, lift right foot and bring knee forward until it reaches the right elbow. Hold this position before returning leg to starting position.
Repeat movement with the left side, alternating each rep.
